Folko KullmannFolko Kullmann has been fascinated by plants since childhood, so it was no surprise that he turned his hobby into a profession and studied horticultural science at Weihenstephan near Munich in Germany. After spending time in Bad Zwischenahn at Bruns Pflanzen, Europe's largest nursery, in London at Kew Botanical Gardens, and graduating with a degree in horticulture, he spent a further three and a half years working and researching on the development of peat substitutes and mycorrhizal fungi at the Chair of Vegetable Cultivation at the Technical University of Munich.
