리처드 벨처(Richard P. Belcher)RTS 샬럿 캠퍼스의 구약학 교수이자 학장이다. 1995년부터 RTS에서 강의를 해오고 있으며 관심 연구 분야는 시편과 지혜 문학이다. 저서로는 Messiah and the Psalms: Preaching Christ from All the Psalms ( Christian Focus, 2006 ), Genesis: The Beginning of God’s Plan of Salvation ( Christian Focus, 2012 ) 과 A Study Commentary on Ecclesiastes ( Evangelical Press, 2014 ) 가 있다. 대표작
